  Any review that provides a name was solicited by the company. They request positive reviews when they do something to help you. Aweful! Watch for hidden fees. Everything below was a 1 off. I submitted a list of concerns on January 15th. Several items remain unaddressed. The biggest concern are security. There was a shooting in front of my rental last weekend. I sent a letter to Carl, the CFO last Wednesday. As of March 28 I have not been contacted by anyone at Dennis Realty. All of this below was a week that someone actually wanted to resolve my concerns. Since the time of my original post things have been awful! I would not recommend Dennis Realty to anyone. I wanted to give an honest review of my time with Dennis Realty as a renter. This is my second home rental in Florida in as many years. I enjoyed my last rental except that so many things went wrong and there was never any urgency to get them repaired. I was constantly put out with my time to make maintenence appointment, weekends without air conditioning, and so on. I have been with Dennis for a month. At first, I had concern about some repairs that needed to done. Since my past experience had been that the rental company wouldn't care, I didn't even fully unpack, so I was prepared to find something else if needed. I contacted my Leasing Agent Kelly Lamplugh. She has been absolutely amazing. The contractors were contacted immediately and the repairs were completed within the week. As it turned out the home owner had not been made aware of the concerns prior. It was mainly plumbing and nothing major. However, things like water pressure and leaks would only be identified during occupation. I understand this is someone's investment and so far it seems like Kelly has a vested interest in both the home owner and myself as a tenant. I have only had contact with Kelly, so I can only speak as to her performance. That said, in my opinion, she has given me a positive experience so far, she represents the company well, she represents herself in a profession manner and does a great job following though on the information she provides.
