- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Tried to collect our credit card info on a sheet of paper that they keep JUST IN CASE they need to bill us later. Identity theft anyone? This was before being seen by a dr or checking our insurance. And they won't see you unless you're dumb enough to give them that info, that they'll then keep forever. On a sheet of paper.
